Most
places say 40-50 million Americans have no health care. But
the actual truth is, every American
has no health care. We do not have a health care system in the
US.
What we have is a Symptoms and Disease Care System. There is
absolutely no system of helping people become healthy.
It has been assumed since the inception of the medical system
as we know it that the absence of symptoms and disease will
leave people with health. But there is one fatal flaw with this
theory. It assumes that symptoms and disease are a thing.
You see, nature works mostly
on the principle of thing and no thing. Light is the thing and
darkness is the absence of light. Heat is the thing, and cold
is the absence of heat. Sound is the thing and silence is the
absence of sound. Energy and no energy.
Health is the thing, and symptoms and disease are the absence
of health. But the medical symptom and disease care system has
had that mixed up for the last 100 years. They think symptoms
and disease are the thing, and once you treat away the symptoms
and disease, you will be left with health. This simply is completely
wrong.
If there are shadows in a room, the only way to get rid of them
is by increasing the light. No matter how many ways you can
measure and quantify shadows, you cannot sweep them under a
rug, cut them out of the room, or invent some chemical to get
rid of the shadow. The only thing you can do is turn on the
light.
Health is the thing. And no matter how many ways you can measure
and quantify symptoms and disease, the only way to get rid of
them is to add health into your body.
A system that added health into your body would then be called
health care. The medical symptoms and disease care system does
nothing to add health back into peoples life. All medication,
all surgery actually decreases your health. It may temporarily
cover up a symptom, but does nothing to add to your health.
In fact, most natural health care systems are not health care
either. Most chiropractors, acupuncturist, homeopaths, massage
therapists, and others are also treating symptoms and disease.
It is just their method doesnt decrease the health of
the body. And sometimes, accidentally, coincidentally, adds
health into peoples body.
There is a way to give every American health care, at almost
no cost. Almost no cost to the government or the individual people.
The old saying that the best things in life are free is so true.
Health is free. You can do
many things for free that actually add to your health. The problem
is, there is no money in telling others

know was there. A blind spot,
that is keeping health, your energy, and your
life, from being easy and effortless. A blind spot that
keeps you from having the energy you want, that keeps you from

Let me show you what I mean.
This
circle represents everything there is to know about health and
your body, everything there is to know about your well being.
There are two parts of this circle that almost everyone lives
in. One part is what you know. Like, you know your
name, how to read, how to speak English, etc. These are
things you know, and you know that you know them.

other part is what you know that you dont know.
Like, you know that you dont know how to fly a plane,
or speak Chinese, or you know that you dont know how to
do open heart surgery. This is the other area, the area
of what you know, and you know you dont know it.
And what most of us humans do, is spend our entire life moving
stuff from the piece of the pie that we know we dont know,
to what we know, by learning it.
Now,
everything you know and dont know doesnt do diddly
squat. Everything you know usually doesnt make any
difference. Let me give you an example. How many
of you know how to lose weight? But yet, knowing everything
you know,
doesnt make a bit of difference. You still dont lose weight. How many of you know how to be healthy?
And how many of you do everything you know how to do to be healthy?
See, knowing makes no difference.
That
is where the rest of the circle comes into play. The rest
of the circle represents what you dont know that you dont
know.
Can
you tell me one thing that you dont know you dont
know? Let
me say that again. Tell me something you dont know,
and you dont know you dont know it.
You cannot tell me anything you dont know you dont
know. Cause if you told me it, then it would automatically
be something that you know you didnt know. If you
dont know you dont know, than you dont know,
and cannot tell me it, cause
you dont know.
These
are your blind spots in life. These are the things that
are keeping not only what you want in life from you. But
these blind spots are keeping your health, your energy from
you. These blind spots are the reason why even though
you know how to be healthy and how to lose weight, you still
dont do it.
This
is where most of my book, The Creator's Manual For

comes from. In the realm of what you dont know,
and you dont know that you dont know it. You get insights into your life and into your health, that many times, are the very thing that is keeping

Breathing
Fresh Air
Breathing
is the third biggest thing you can do to increase your health.
Yet no one really does it. What do I mean? People breathe just
enough to sustain life at its bare minimum. Shallow, short,
quick breathes.
Everyone
knows oxygen is essential for life. Oxygen is required
for every cell in the body, for every process in the body to
happen, you need enough oxygen.
The
shallow breathing most people do, does not give you enough oxygen
for your body to process.
Like
a runner, when they get tired, when they do not have enough
oxygen, they have to stop, or slow down.
If
you are breathing shallow, that is the one of the biggest reasons
why you have such low energy, you do not have enough oxygen,
and you have to slow down. Just like a winded runner,
only on a different level.
Almost
Everyone goes
out side at least twice every day. Once to work or the store, and then on the way back home.
And taking 10 full deep breathes in and out when you are outside,
takes almost no extra time, no extra money, and almost no extra
energy. And the rewards, More
energy. Less Pain, less Stress, Better Sex, Clearer thinking,
etc, etc. Literally anything can happen
from just increasing your oxygen intake. Cause if every
cell in the body uses oxygen to function, then when the cells
get more oxygen, anything in the body can improve, and anything
you use your body to do, which by the way, is everything.
It is your life.
The
better your body, the better your life.
Cause it is what you use, to live this life. That is why, even though I work only with health
