<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">What is Actually Health?<br/>Nature works mostly on the principle of thing and no thing. Light is the thing and darkness is the absence of light. Sound is the thing and silence is the absence of sound. Health is the thing, and symptoms and disease are the absence of health. But some time back they got mixed up. Somehow symptoms and disease became the thing, and once you treated away the symptoms and disease, you would be left with health. And yet most people know that health is more than the absence of symptoms and disease. So what does this mean? It means you have to do something other than treat symptoms and disease to be healthy.<br/>
<br/>Let me show you why. If there are shadows or darkness in a room, the only way to get light in the room is by turning on the light. No matter how many ways you can measure and quantify shadows, you cannot sweep them under a rug, cut them out of the room, or invent some chemical to get rid of the shadow. The only thing you can do is turn on the light.<br/>
<br/>Health is the thing. And no matter how many ways you can measure and quantify symptoms and disease, the only way to be healthy is to add to your health.<br/>You can treat your symptoms and disease all you want and you will never be left with health. You can treat symptoms and disease with medicine, herbs, supplements, chiropractic, surgery or anything and until you add to your health, you will not be healthier. Treating symptoms and disease naturally is better than with medicine and surgery because there are less side effects, but you are still not adding to your health. <br/>

But, as you know, nothing in life is free. If there is a benefit, there is a cost. It is the price you have to pay to not be healthy. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;If you are being healthy, these same things are your rewards. These are the things you get when you are well. These things show up in your life as you are being healthy and well. So much so, that I want you to think of your own reasons why, things vital to your happiness, freedom and life that you know you would get you out of bed in the morning wanting to be healthy.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;There are the hidden benefits that many people get for not being healthy. Benefits that, if you are honest with yourself, you like getting as well.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou probably are very familiar with the benefits you get from NOT being healthy. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou get to eat food that tastes good, you get to be lazy and sit on the couch and veg out and watch TV. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou get to not do all the hard work of exercise. There are many other benefits that people get from not being healthy, and many others that I probably did not list. I am not going to list them all, because you know most of them. I will talk about each of them in more detail, and explain what I mean. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou have to dig down and be honest, though. These four things are usually true for everyone, and the point of my sharing them is to make you aware of them, and for you to be honest with yourself about them. Most people do not think of these things as benefits. But if you look at them and are really honest with yourself, you will see the benefit people get from them.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;People get to avoid being responsible by putting the responsibility on the medical symptoms and disease care system. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou live under the illusion that they will create a magic pill or invent some technique or system to make you think and healthy without you having to do a thing. They are responsible for your health, not you. It is an illusion many of us believe. Because then we get to avoid being responsible for our own health and eat anything we want. We get to do what we want, and then blame all of our symptoms on someone else. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou get to be right and do exactly what you want. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou don’t have to listen to all those doctors, all those people, especially that annoying “health freak” in your family. Every family usually has one. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou get to be right about being able to do what you want. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou get to make them wrong. And don’t we all enjoy making someone we don’t like so very wrong? We all want to be right and I can prove it. Have you every seen someone try and prove themselves wrong?&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Argue that they are not right? How can there be any one form of physical activity that is best for everyone? Again, everyone is different so listen to your inner knowing and do what it says. Some hints on understanding what your inner knowing is telling you around physical activity: One day 30 minutes might be perfect for you, and the next day only 10 minutes is good. Other days an hour or two might be ideal. One day a slow relaxing pace might be ideal, the next a heavy vigorous workout might be called for. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou might work out 5 days a week and 2 the next. There are no rules about how and when you should or shouldn't do physical activity. My only guideline would be: Do what you want to do, and listen to your inner knowing when doing it. The lawyers would want me to tell you to consult a physician before starting any exercise program here. My thought is, your inner knowing knows better than any doctor does about what is best for you. If you listen to your inner knowing and act on what it says, who cares about the doctor.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Walking outside is great option. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou can take deep full breaths of fresh air when you are walking and go within and focus on the presence within you. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou will also get sunlight from being outside. Bottom line, just do some form of sustained physical activity. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;One overlooked form of Activity that is so essential to your well being is mental activity. And I am not talking about worry. When I talk about mental activity, I am talking about creativity, using the mind creatively. It does not have to be "art," either. Creativity comes in many shapes and forms.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou can be a lawyer and be solving cases, figuring out creative ways to win the case. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou can be an architect and use your mind to create projects. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou can read books and use your mind to create pictures and connections and the "movie in your head." &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou can do problem solving activities, like crossword puzzles or some card and board games, anything where you are creating new thoughts, new patterns of thinking, and different ways of looking at things. This is mental activity. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Art is also a really good way to do mental activity. The process of creating abstract things also encourages new ways of thinking and patterns of thought. These new ways of thinking and being are stimulating your brain and nerves to grow and regenerate. Like the muscles in the body, if you don't use them, you lose them. So creatively using the mind helps us to grow and flourish from within. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;What is the best form of mental activity? Whatever it is you will actually do. And it can be different every day. Just as with physical activity, whatever you do is perfect. It can be the same thing every day, or you can do something different every day. Without the sun, there would be no life on the planet. All life is dependent on the sun. Plants convert the sunlight into energy, and all animals need plant life or other animals in order to live. All life in nature is dependent on the sun. We as humans are part of nature. We need sunlight just like everyone else. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Sunlight is essential for your life and &lt;i&gt;health&lt;/i&gt;. This often brings up the concern of skin cancer. People are told the sun causes skin cancer and they should wear sunblock to prevent skin cancer. This is a big fat theory of the medical symptom and disease care profession. Skin cancer is on the rise because people are supposedly spending more time in the sun, and this is the supposed "proof" that skin cancer is caused by the sun. Did the experts happen to notice that most cancer is on the rise? Does the sun cause these cancers as well?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Well, my friends, I have a question for you. How many other bad things are on the rise that people are doing? Lots. Just because the sun hits the skin, the powers that be say it means that is the one thing that "causes" skin cancer. They are looking for the one cause and one cure. Remember, there is no one cause of anything. There are only contributing factors.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;In my opinion, it is not the sun that contributes to cancer, but being burned by the sun. Most people get no exposure to the sun for months; then they play weekend warrior and go out in the sun all weekend, often getting burned. My inner knowing tells me it is this burning that is a major contributing factor to skin cancer, not the actual sun exposure. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;So if you do not build up to being in the sunlight, and you know you will be in the sun for a long time, use a chemical-free sunblock.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;The irony about sunblock is the stuff most people use actually contains a chemical that is known to cause cancer. The FDA says PABA is a known carcinogen, or causes cancer and yet it is in most sunblocks. How ironic. There are PABA-free sunscreens that use "new" different chemicals. My thought is that those chemicals that replace the PABA will soon be identified as carcinogens as well. Just give them time. Even PABA was labeled "safe" by the FDA at first.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;My recommendation: get a good chemical-free sunblock. Many health food stores will have them. Or you can find a place near you that sells them on the web. Avalon Organics is the sunblock I recommend and use. Unfortunately, they are not available everywhere right now.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;The easiest way to get sunlight is go outside. Go outside every day without contacts or any type of glasses and have large amounts of your skin exposed to the sun. For you this might not be feasible, because you live some place where there is a thing called winter. So an acceptable alternative is getting some quality full spectrum light bulbs for your work and home. These are light bulbs that put out light similar to the sun. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;ou can order them online as well, full spectrum solutions are the brand I use. But be careful; not all full spectrum bulbs are created equal. Most of the full spectrum bulbs in traditional stores are not much of an improvement over ordinary lights. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 15.5pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; color: black;"&gt;A fun alternative is going south for the winter. If you and your family were healthy, what would it be like?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;It is like this: Imagine you are shooting a bow and arrow at a definite target and you have no idea what the target is. Simply knowing your target dramatically increases the odds of you hitting it.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;When you actually know what your target is, how do you get it?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Nature works mostly on the principle of thing and no thing. Light is the thing and darkness is the absence of light. Sound is the thing and silence is the absence of sound. Health is the thing, and symptoms and disease are the absence of health. But some time back they got mixed up. Somehow symptoms and disease became the thing, and once you treated away the symptoms and disease, you would be left with health. And yet most people know that health is more than the absence of symptoms and disease. So what does this mean? It means you have to do something other than treat symptoms and disease to be healthy.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Let me show you why. If there are shadows or darkness in a room, the only way to get light in the room is by turning on the light. No matter how many ways you can measure and quantify shadows, you cannot sweep them under a rug, cut them out of the room, or invent some chemical to get rid of the shadow. The only thing you can do is turn on the light.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Health is the thing. And no matter how many ways you can measure and quantify symptoms and disease, the only way to be healthy is to add to your health.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;So what adds health into your life? The best form of      activity is the one you will actually do. As it was intended to be!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;Follow your inner knowing.&lt;br /&gt;That is all you have to do.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;The problem is your beliefs dictate your actions and right now you have faulty belief systems. If you believe it is 80 degrees outside it will dictate your actions of what you wear. If you believe the road turns your actions are going to be driven by your beliefs and you will turn. &lt;st1:personname&gt;Y&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;our beliefs dictate your actions. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;Y&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;ou need to understand myth from reality otherwise following your inner knowing may not be effective. &lt;st1:personname&gt;Y&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;our beliefs will be dictating your actions and confining and limiting what you do with the messages from your inner knowing. There is a way around this with out having to realize all of the things that you believe are true that are really just myths.&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Be flexible in your behavior. Don’t let your beliefs of what can and cannot work, or what you should and shouldn’t do get in the way of what your inner knowing is telling you to do. Be open to your inner knowing telling you to do things that are not within your comfort zone or telling you to do what makes sense to you.&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Here are a couple questions that will help you easily follow and trust your inner knowing. &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;How many times have you listened to your mind over your inner knowing, looked back and regretted it? How many times have you listened to your inner knowing or gut feeling over your mind, looked back and were glad you did it. Even though it may have made no sense what so ever at the time. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Now the real question. Have you ever done this even once? Weighed the pros and cons and made up your mind what you are going to do, then receive a knowing to do something different. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;ou listened to that inner knowing and followed it. But then you looked back and wished you had not. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;ou wish you had listened to your mind, to your original thought process. Have you ever done this? Have you ever, even once in your life, listened to your inner knowing, your gut, over your mind, and regretted it? I bet you never have. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Now, this is really interesting. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;ou have often listened to your mind over your inner knowing, and regretted it. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;ou have listened to your inner knowing and were thankful that you did. And you have NEVER listened to your inner wisdom over your mind and regretted it. EVER. What do you want to do more of?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Follow your inner knowing. It will never lead you astray. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;ou will always be happy and it will always turn out when you follow your inner knowing. ALL of them and NONE of them. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;I am going to let you in on a little secret. It often shocks and disrupts people’s world, but you need to hear it. &lt;st1:personname&gt;Y&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;ou ready? Everyone is different. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;“Everyone is different”, something everyone knows but yet no one really takes into account when dishing out recommendations and advice. The reason why all diets work is because they worked for at least one person, usually the one telling everyone else about it. And the reason none of the diets work is because no one diet is right for everyone. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;So what do you eat? I have made it really simple, are you ready? Eat whatever you inner knowing tells you to eat as long as it is fresh and pure. That is all you have to do. The answers that become relevant are to the questions of what is fresh and pure and how does your inner knowing tell you what to eat?&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Fresh means not in a box, not in a can and if you let it set out too long, it will spoil or go bad. A simple guideline is anything around the outside of a grocery store: Fruits, vegetables, bul&lt;st1:personname&gt;k n&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;uts and seeds, fish, meat, dairy, etc. This stuff is fresh. Frozen food is better than canned or in a box, but not as good as fresh. So if you have to buy something from the middle of the grocery store, frozen is a better option.&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Pure means nothing added. No sugar, sweeteners, artificial ingredients, preservatives, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides or any other poisons they put on or in your food. Or said another way, like you would find it in nature before man tried to improve it. This usually means organic. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Follow your inner knowing eating fresh and pure food.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;So what is your inner knowing? Some call it your intuition, your inner intelligence, your gut knowing, your knowing before you think and others. It is that knowing that comes from within your soul or heart that is smarter than your mind. &lt;st1:personname&gt;Y&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;our inner knowing talks do you all the time and you even hear it, usually many of us just don’t listen. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;Y&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;ou know how when you are full and you “know” you should stop eating and often even say it out loud, but then keep eating anyway. This is exactly what I mean. When choosing what to eat your inner knowing will tell you what you “want”. And as long as you are choosing from fresh and pure options, eat whatever your inner knowing tells you to eat. Eat as much or as little as your inner knowing tells you to eat.&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Some people want a little more help figuring out exactly what foods are best for them. Knowing why you want something, why you&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;i style=""&gt; really&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; want something is one of the biggest keys to your success in everything. The bigger the reasons why the easier the “how to” becomes.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;       &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;The “why” or reason you are doing something has to be stronger than the non-supportive beliefs, reasons, and excuses you have to not do something. &lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Many people focus on trying to get rid of what is getting in their way. And if you create big enough reasons why, that stuff doesn’t get in your way anymore. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;       &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Most people who start to make a change or improvement in their lives never follow through because they do not understand the power of “WH&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;So let us get those reasons why.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why must you have something? Why is it absolutely imperative that you have it?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;What is the reason that is going to have you leap out of bed in the morning, set your spirit ablaze, give you the inspiration to follow through and have what you want and make it impossible for you to lay around and do nothing.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;The most incredible thing you can do for yourself is have a big enough reason why that totally lights up your life and remind yourself of that reason every single day. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Action step #1: Figure out what you want. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Remember, you can want more than one thing, and you can change what you want. Every one knows what they want, it is just some people are afraid. What if I don’t’ really want that, what if I cannot get it, what if I want something else. Don’t worry about all that. Go for what you REALL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; want now, and if you want something else later, you can change your mind.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Action step #2: Get yourself BIG reasons.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;ou have to create reasons that are a 11 on a scale of 10. Like when you look at those reasons, they are an 11. They really turn your crank and light you up. The reasons are so inspiring they keep you inspired every day. So ask yourself Why? Why do you want this?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Action step #3 – Focus on what you want&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Visualize this, pray for this, ask for this, meditate on this, or whatever it is you do. Put feeling into it, write the reasons down, put it somewhere you will see it every day. Look at it every day. Get inspired by it. They key to getting what you want is focusing on what you want. Putting feeling and emotion into your focus can help tremendously. Emotions and feeling are a driving force or an energy to help create the manifestation you want. Focus on what you want.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;The greatest thing you can do is create these reasons for anything in life you want that you are not getting. If the reasons are big enough, they will be bigger than anything that might have stopped you in the past. A big enough reason makes the how to easy.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;What is your “why”?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</content>
